Main Responsibilities:
• Develop an overall sales strategy that will ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability
• Work on business development, data mining and implementation of marketing plans as needed
• Manage and build sales team
• Create sales standard operating procedures
• Ensure team compliance with such policies and overall high sales team performance
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years in a sales management role
• Proven leadership and ability to drive sales team
• Proven ability to generate revenue and business growth in past positions
• Proven ability to lead and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Candidates from Media or Advertising Companies will be prioritize.
