Systems Engineer Job Description

 

Responsibilities:
-  Will work directly with our customers, account teams and solution architects to help plan and design optimal solutions and provide technical recommendations.
-  Work closely with various technical consultants and/or engineers to identify and resolve issues, while mitigating customer impact during engagements.
- Conduct product / solution presentation, evaluation, demo or Proof of Concept (POC) and testing
Maintain a high level technical expertise in industry trends and technologies
Requirements:
-  Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any computer related course
-  Related experience in Product Research
-  Strong background on Server technology and Data Storage System is preferred
-  Windows, Cisco or other similar certifications is an advantage
-  Excellent written and oral communication skills
-  Strong problem solving and decision making skills; with excellent interpersonal skills & customer orientation
-  Must be detail oriented & with a passion for technology
- At least 2 years experience
