Site Process Excellence Transformation Partner / General Manager Job Description

 

Job Specifications
•  A Master black belt with overall 10 -15 years with 6 to 8 years of post Black belt experience & 3+ years in a leadership role with proven ability to lead, motivate and engage a diverse and large work force
•  Engineering or Management graduate, preferably with a strong technical background /aptitude to facilitate the understanding of how Process Excellence can be used to meet specific business needs
•  Strong change management skills, envisioning and overcoming obstacles while ensuring benefits are realized
•  Proven strong communication skills ensuring clear, direct and appropriate communication at multiple organizational levels
 
•  Visionary, innovative and dynamic
 
•  Highly result oriented, ready to take challenges and able to work under pressure 
•  High analytical / problem-solving skills      
•  Exceptional understanding of the Lean/Six Sigma toolbox (ideally a Master Black Belt)
•  Strong interpersonal skills to be able to interact and pilot the stated processes and frameworks
•  Strong leadership skills across geographies
•  Ability to coach and develop managers and staff
•  Ability to influence without authority
•  Strong facilitation and coaching
•  Ability to listen, observe and critically evaluate all parts of what (s)he does
