Accounting Specialist / Accountant Job Description

 

Responsibilities:
- Must be very good in general accounting works such as preparing journal entries, maintaining balance sheet schedules, ledgers and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.
- Prepare financial management reports.
- Ensure accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenue and expenses.
- Prepares Cash Flow Forecast.
- Ensure all financial reporting dealines are met on time.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree  in Accounting or Accountancy.
- Required language(s): English, Filipino
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / 3 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Full-Time positions available.
must be willing to work in Ugong, Pasig City.
- He/She should be a team player and 
- Knowledge in Quickbooks and Peach Tree is an advantage.
- Good knowledge in Taxation and Payroll.

-  Graduate of Accounting, Banking and Finance, or any related field

- Required language(s): English, Filipino

- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Accounting, ATR Reporting, Disputes, Payment Application, Collection)

- Knowledge in Quickbooks and Peach Tree is an advantage.

- Good knowledge in Taxation and Payroll.

- Full-Time positions available.

- Must be willing to work either in Ortigas or Mandaluyong area
